[Bug/feature?] Compacting Drawer: can only see blocks in system?

Issue description:

I connected my system to a Drawer Controller which is connected to a bunch of drawers + compacting drawers. I expected to see both the blocks and ingots (and nuggets) in the system, like other mods do often, but all I see are the blocks. Is this a bug or is it working as intended?

  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 12.18.1.2065
  • Refined Storage: 0.8.20

Never mind, seems to have resolved itself after world restart.
