Issue description:

Constructor, Importer, exporter is unable to change redstone input,
click changs to fluid.

What happens:

What you expected to happen:

change between the 3 types of redstone control

Steps to reproduce:

1. place constructor in the world
2. open it and select the redstone type
3. see error
   ...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.16.4
• Forge: 35.1.36
• Refined Storage: 1.9.11

I just tried to reproduce this in a dev environment on a locally hosted server. (Basically RS 1.9.15)
Does someone still experience this bug on the latest version of RS?

Edit: Looks like there's more information in #2957 (https://pastebin.com/FXCKky8U and that it might have to do with an inventory tweaking mod)

Haven't heard of anyone encountering this bug in quite a while. I assume whatever mod was causing it fixed it.

Seeing this same issue with All The Mods 6 modpack v1.8.16, which has Refined Storage v1.9.16
We already removed all mods mentioned in the other issue, but still nothing has changed.
Can't see any errors in the client or server logs either, so there seems to be something silently failing in the mod itself?

We're also seeing the same problem on our server (no issue on single player world).

Here is a demo of the problem on an exporter. Seems to affect many blocks at least importer, exporter, constructor, and relay.

Same issue on my server, in single player it works fine.
