Issue description: the mod ensorcialltion adds a few levels of a non biased aoe miner enchant. It mines an increasing increasingly larger hole. This will bypass the breaking protection against non carded players.

What happens: you can aoe mine a block under or around some RS cables and bypass the protection manager settings

What you expected to happen: aoe mine every block but the RS blocks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put a blank card with no perms into security manager
2. Get your ensorcialltion aoe mining pickaxe
3. Break some blocks at the same x or a coordinates and watch the refined storage just poof outta existence
   ...

Yes

The other mod needs to make sure to call and respect block break events.
