Issue description: Ice and Fire Banner Conflict

What happens: It seems when I have Refined storage installed with Ice and Fire the Textures for the banner patterns break, leaving the Broken texture on the banners instead of showing the pattern I wanted.

What you expected to happen: Banner patterns Working like they should

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have the latest Ice and Fire installed
2. Have the Latest Refined Storage installed
3. try to use an Ice and fire banner Pattern in a loom
   ...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.16.5
• Forge: 36.0.43
• Refined Storage: 1.9.12
