game crash on Initializing game state

Issue description: Initializing game
What happens: the game crash
What you expected to happen: the game not crash
Steps to reproduce:
- start game
- leting forge do it thing
- game crash at Initializing state
...
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.5.2854
- Refined Storage:
Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no] have not tested
