Cyclic and Industrial Foregoing Machines Incompatible with Refined Storage Importers Using Liquids

Issue description:

So I have connected Exporters to Industrial Foregoing's Enchantment Factory and Importers to Cyclic's Melting Chamber and they seem to function for a very short while, like 20mins or less, then without reason they just stop. I have Quantum Tanks with near limitless storage for the liquids to go to yet both the Importers and Exporters just refuse to move liquid after a set amount of time, as in they will no longer pull from or push to anymore. I've tried replacing the Quantum Tanks with all kinds of different tanks and still once the Importers/Exporters stop functioning no amount of breaking and replacing both the Importers/Exporters nor the machines makes it work again.

I should mention this is solely a liquids issue. As the machines still import and export items.

What happens:

Connecting Exporters to Industrial Foregoing's Machines and Importers to Cyclic's Machines, and setting them to "liquids", will cause them to only function for a short period then stop permanently.

What you expected to happen:

Imports should import and Exporters should export.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place Importers on Cyclic's Melting Machine and have the system pull in Honey/Magma. Or place Exporters on Industrial Foregoing's Enchantment Machines and have the system export Essence.
  2. Let it run like this for less than 20mins.
  3. See issue.
