Crash when laser breaks RS blocks

Issue description:
Crash when breaking blocks with Mekanism Laser.
What happens:
Laser breaking blocks causes a crash.
What you expected to happen:
It not to do this.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place some RS Blocks in the world
- Place a Mekanism Laser pointing at them and give it power
- RIP
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.16.5
- Forge: 36.1.13
- Refined Storage: 1.9.12
Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]

Asked one of the Mekanism devs if it was on their end and they said it seemed like an issue with how RS handles blocks broken by fake players. I also found this out by accident and don't know if this is limited to certain blocks or not. I'm going to test it now so I'll update if this behaviour is inconsistent.
