Issue description:

Can't load save in single player

What happens:

I want to check - can Interface get item from Immersive Engener Metal Press (He can)
After this i start rewire EnderIO RF conduit from main system to crafter on press. Notice, what crafter not lights up, but wire looks perfect.
Check connection near the hub - crafter still unavailable. Try to relog and get crash on load (

What you expected to happen:

Just want wire my crafter...

• Forge: 14.23.5.2847
• Refined Storage: 1.6.16

P.S. Try to delete: Block location: World: (-390,58,598) - it's refinedstorage:controller using MCEdit - world load, BUT i get ID swap and now it's stairs and planks instead of some blocks.
