Issue description:

Storage Disks aren't showing items and are marked as "Clear" when using disk manipulation even with thousands of items inside

What happens:

Some of my storage disks still have items in them (64000/64000) and when using the disk manipulator the are apparently empty when the disk reads like (63,194/64000) and the 63 thousand items don't show up in the system

What you expected to happen:

Items to show up in the system or for the disk to be emptied completely

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have a full 64K disk,
  2. Connect 2 systems together, destroying the first (larger) systems controller
  3. Create and connect a new controller
  4. See no items, or less items than expected.
    ...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 12.18.3.2511
  • Refined Storage: 1.2.26
