Issue description:
GAME CRASH WHILE RUNNING SHADERS
What happens:
look at disk drive while running sildurs vibrant shaders lite will close the game and give you a crash report
What you expected to happen:
nothing
Steps to reproduce:
1.get mods
2.get shaders
3.put a 64k disk into a disk drive
4.look at it and crash
...
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft:1.16.5
- Forge:36.1.18
- Refined Storage:1.9.12

I have a similar issue, the game doesn't crash, but the disk drive isn't being rendered at all, and I keep getting an error in the chat, when I look at the disk drive, or a disk is being put in to the disk drive:
[CHAT] CCL Caught an exception rendering a block. See the log for info.

No shaders, no OptiFine.

This (absolutely exact same behavior and error) is fixed by #3003, will be in version 1.9.13
Ok I missed it because two different things in same issue.
The problem @hexandcube had is fixed by #3003, but I don't know anything about the shader crash
