Issue description: Refined Storage (refinedstorage) encountered an error during the sided_setup event phase
What happens: Error loading mod. I use this mod in a modpack but it worked everytime but when I trid to play it today I got this error no mods were updated in the pack tho.
What you expected to happen: to load the mod
Steps to reproduce:
- install the mod in a modpack
- load the game

- Minecraft: 1.16.5
- Forge: 36.2.0
- Refined Storage: 1.9.14
