Issue description:

When I put things into the filter for example of an exporter other items also get whitelisted and I start losing resources for no reason, NBT seems to not fix it by any means.

What happens:

I for example put sulfur rom Thermal foundation in the exporter into a trash can from Extra Utilities 2 and it started sending my Tin Ingots all to the trash instead of the sulfur

What you expected to happen:

I expected only the sulfur to be sent to it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put some inventory where you can export to
2. Put sulfur in the whitelist of the exporter sending it towards the inventory previously put down
3. Notice how any Tin ore in the system ends up in that inventory regardless of NBT setting
   ...
