Fluid crafting not completing properly

Issue description:

while running through ultimate alchemy (I have manually updated RS to the most recent 1.12 build), I have experienced several times with recipes autocrafting fluids it already has and not recognizing fluids entering the system for crafting steps

What happens:

I have a setup with a magma crucible, a fractioning still, and a casting table with an ingot mold. In this pack, nickel is made via melting down iron into molten iron, fractioning it into nickel, and casting it into ingots. However, I have set this system up and multiple times the crafting task has hanged, not recognizing the fluids inputted.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. setup a process that has several fluid->fluid steps
  2. request the end result
  3. eventually, the issue will arrise
    ...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 8.0.99.99
  • Refined Storage: 1.6.16
