Issue description:

Reader will not work if redstone does not point directly into them

What you expected to happen:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect Reader and Writer to a network and assign them to the same channel
2. Place one redstone dust in front of reader and writer
3. Place another redstone dust next to the first redstone dust but NOT collinear with the reader or the first redstone

Ignore the top right reader
