Issue description: Created a Crafter Manager. Placed it below my Pattern Grid. Right click does absolutely nothing. Tried moving it to above Crafting Monitor, above Crafting Grid, next to Disk Drive - still can't right click on Crafter Manager.

What happens: Nothing happens. No GUI. No error. Nada.

What you expected to happen: I have several crafters on my system with multiple thermal and mekanism machines and I expected to see the machines in a list. I have used this machine/block with the Direwolf 1.16 pack and ATM6 pack with no problems.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Craft Crafter Manager in Crafting Grid
2. Place Block
3. Right click Crafter Manager and get nothing
   ...
