When trying to auto craft with more than one liquids losess the second liquid

Issue description:
I'm trying to auto craft with liquids using tinker's alloying recipes, but if I attempt to input it a foundry/smeltery, it says the machine doesn't accept fluids, if I try to use a fluid tank, it can, in the case of Thermal's Fluid Cell, the same thing happens
but if I use RFToolsUtility's tank or Mekanism's Dynamic Tank, it will accept the first fluid, but the second fluid ceases to exist
What happens:
nothing or loss of fluids
What you expected to happen:
It is to input one at a time or interface properly with other fluids capable devices
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Tinker's, and Mekanism or RFToolsUtility.
- Make a pattern using at least two liquids, and install that into a crafter facing a; Tank, Dynamic Valve with a valid tank structure, any of tinker's one block tanks, Foundry/Smeltery Drain with valid structure, and (for fun) thermal's Fluid Cell with all of the Configurations set to blue and orange.
- Ether it won't do anything in which this tail ends here, or RS was successful in sending the fluids, in that case, cancel crafting,
you will have one in the machine and the other is gone.
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.16.5
- Forge: 36.2.4
- Refined Storage: 1.9.15
Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]
probably, but I don't know
I can confirm this issue also happens on a server, and on Minecraft 1.18.2 (currently using the FTB Stoneblock 3 pack, version 1.5.0).
I'm Getting this to happen with Liquid Sulfur Dioxide (from Mekanism) and Liquid Oxygen (from Mekanism) as the two ingredients, outputting into either a Rotary Condensentrator (from Mekanism; set to Decondensentrating mode), or a Jumbo Tank (from Mob Grinding Utils).
