Issue description:
RS stops inserting items in extrenal storages (ES).
What happens:
I'm playing "Enigmatica 6" modpack throught GDLauncher. Few days ago i built small RS system (controller, disk manipulator, disk storage, wireless transmitter, crafting grid, crafting monitor, pattern grid, some crafters, importers and few ES). ES connected to chest from "Iron chest" mod and personal chest from "Mekanism" mod. I configure whitelist filters in ES and set their priorities bigger than in disk storage (DS). It worked good, filtered items went into right chests. But at some some point RS system stops inserting items in ES (it see items, can extract them, but don't insert into connected chests, only in DS).
After some tries of different filter options and tests i catch a crash, but for unknown reasons logs wasn't created.
What you expected to happen:
Filtered items should go into configured ES.
