How to stop a block from loading.

Issue description:

I want to remove only one type of block from the world, the only way I can think of, is forcing the mod to not load the block.

What happens:

The block gets loaded.

What you expected to happen:

The block to be ignored and not loaded.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the game
  2. Block loaded

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.5.2847
  • Refined Storage: 1.6.16

Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]

Look, I just want to stop a block from loading, not an issue exactly.

I want to do this, to fix a problem similar to this #2241, so the only way I thought that might fix it, is by only removing the crafting grid from the mod.
