Issue description:Just updated OceanBlock to latest 1.9.0 version, and my wireless crafting grid can't connect/find wireless connections, even through ive been using it before, i've even re-made, controller, cables, wireless transmitter (which end is now black, no matter where I place it)

What happens: Message says "There is no wireless transmitter in range"

What you expected to happen: When I press hotkey C, wireless crafting grid opens, or when right clicking on wireless crafting grid.

Steps to reproduce:

1. updated Oceanblock
   2.loaded Oceanblock
   3.loaded saved game
   4.pressed c or right clicked wireless crafter
   ...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.16.5
• Forge: 36.2.9
• Refined Storage: 1.9.16

There is unfortunately a bug that causes wireless transmitter to stop working if they are not placed upright. Is already fixed in the next update.
