Grids getting confused with item counts

Describe the bug

I'm playing OceanBlock on 1.16, and recently I've started to run into this:

image

I haven't quite figured out whats causing it, but, any time I start getting into a feedback like this, I cannot pull ANYTHING out of the system. What is shown here is if there are no filters, even if what I'm searching for isn't duplicated as shown here, I'm still not able to pull anything out. If I'm quick enough after I open a grid, I'm good, but, if I let it sit, even for a few seconds, I'm pretty much locked out.

I'm currently running around seeing if there's an external storage device that's set to both import and export, and I've toggled a few, but, I'm still seeing the issue crop up.

I DO have a lot of items being pumped INTO the system, not stored in crates or drawers or anything of the sort (Pondering I should maybe switch to that).

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

I don't know exactly how or why this started, so I'm hard pressed to provide a mechanism to reproduce. This particular world is old (I've just completed getting all the singularities in the End Game quest, just starting on the rest in there, so the world is 'quite old')

What Minecraft version is this happening on?

Minecraft 1.16.5

What Forge version is this happening on?

36.2.19

What Refined Storage version is this happening on?

1.9.16

I think I've isolated my problem down to a single compact room. That room has a couple of transmitters and receivers in there, and I THINK there's some kind of feedback loop with how I have things setup, but I'm just not seeing it yet

I THINK I've figured out what the issue is. It's nothing to do with the wiring, but how the External Storage seems to want to talk with the Supremium Furnaces from Mystical Agriculture.

On the top and rear of the two furnaces I have, I have exporters set to push out urananite and coal. At the bottom of the two furnaces, I have external storage hooked onto it, both set to remove items only. The furnaces are fed just fine, and things get cooking just fine, and when needed, the Mekanism reactor is fed just fine.

What I've noticed though is that the moment one of the two furnaces kick off while I have a grid open, this is when the grid starts to act up, and I start seeing duplicates and things stop responding correctly in the grid.

If I remove the external storages, I can remove the urananite from the furnaces and the furnaces fill just as expected, and the grid doesn't mess up. I put a couple of logistic pipes under the furnaces to pump the smelted resources into a storage drawer, opened the grid gui, literally walked away from the computer for a few minutes and did NOT find the grid to be acting up.

I think there's a bad interaction between this particular furnace and the export.
