Describe the bug

There are some inconsistencies with exact mode or rather the reverse mode, when exact mode is disabled. A detector or a storage monitor with exact mode disabled won't lump together all weapons of the same type (damaged & undamaged, enchanted & unenchanted) while importers/exporters will do instead. This happened to me with crossbows, for example.

I think the importers/exporters behaviour is the correct one.

Side note: I can't sneak right-click a storage monitor to configure it if I have a shield equipped. Not sure if it's intended or not.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

Try use storage monitors and detectors with exact mode off to detect all weapons of the same type.
