Describe your enhancement

In EnderIO there is the option to disable what they call "Self Feed" where pipes will extract from a chest only to insert back into that same chest. It would be awesome to have a similar feature here where it somehow checks the coordinates of the block being interacted with and does a check on whether it would be self feeding
