Stack upgrade on constructor(drop mode) causes it to drop 64 enderpearls

Describe the bug

The stack upgrade, when used on constructors(in drop mode), drops 64 ender pearls at a time(it is supposed to do 16).

I have not tested it with other items,with exact mode on or no speed upgrades.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

  1. Have a lot of enderpearls in your system.
  2. Place a constructor.
  3. Set it to ender pearls, with 3 speed upgrades and one stacking upgrade.
  4. Turn off exact mode and enable drop items.
  5. Bug seen.

Minecraft 1.18.2
