How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

1. Add Crafting Recipes for everything need to craft the Colossal Star Omega from "ExtendedeXchange"
2. Have no coal or any of the subcrafts in the system
3. Craft one Colossal Star Omega
4. Wait a bit
5. Cancel Craft
6. See Free Star Ein in the system
