Describe the bug

When attempting to break a jar that has certain % fullness, the destructor which has been filtered to only react to certain % fullness does not break the jar.
When providing the destructor with a % filled jar and turning on exact mode, I expected the jar to only be broken once it reaches my specified % fullness.

I found this to be an issue with Modular Routers' breaker module too, however I figured it'd be for the best to submit it here instead of Ars Nouveau's issue tracker, as AE2's destructor counter-part was able to do the above without a problem.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

1. Install RefinedStorage and Ars Nouveau on 1.19.2 (This problem was found on the ATM8 modpack, however it only concerns those 2 mods if I'm not mistaken)
2. Set up a quick RS system for the next few steps to be possible. You'll need a controller, cables and a destructor.
3. Get a volcanic sourcelink, source jar and drop a few stacks of blazing archwood logs near the sourcelink. The sourcelink will take the logs and turn it into Ars "Mana" called Source, and send it to the nearby jar.
4. Wait until the jar is at 100% fullness
5. Obtain a duplicate of the 100% full jar through middle-click in Creative mode or place a new empty jar, repeat Step 3, and pick it up using a pickaxe.
6. Place a destructor facing the jar, and put the picked up 100% jar in the destructor's filter, and finally turn Exact Mode on
7. The destructor will not break the jar. When you turn the exact mode off, the destructor should break the jar regardless of % fullness, which works as intended. But in the very end, I can't get it to react to any specific % fullness when exact mode is on.
