Support Reusable Items

At present, there is no way to indicate to the Refined Storage crafting system that an item will not be consumed by the crafting recipe, leading it to believe that you need more of that item than you actually do. Common examples of this include buckets in vanilla, or infusion crystals in Mystical Agriculture.

Please add a way to indicate to the crafting system that an item will not be consumed by the recipe.
