Patterns resulting in AllTheOres dust cause immense lag when shown in GUI or as dropped item

Describe the bug
This is the exact same issue as #3512 - a AllTheOres recipe for dust causes immense client side lag.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?
- Create a pattern using a AllTheOres hammer and, for example, a diamond to produce a diamond dust pattern
- Open your inventory and notice the FPS dropping
- Put the pattern in a chest, close the chest, and open your inventory - your FPS will no longer drop. Open the chest, and it will drop again.
- Drop the item on the ground and look to it and then away from it - looking at the item also causes lag.
