Describe the bug

When leaving the loaded chunk with the refined storage auto-crafting grid, the external storage device stops funneling items from importers. Importers installed are attached to harvesters from the Mystical Agriculture mod, autoharvesting essences. Part of the reason this could be happening is because of the amount of inferium flowing into the system. I also get seperate bugs when I attempt to craft multiple stacks of items at a time, that don't fit into my inventory. It will either crash the storage grid, causing it to show no items (even when I broke the storage grid, and replaced it), or I will see ghost stacks of 0 items from those that I used for my crafting recipe (eg. using wood to make sticks would cause a ghost stack of wood to appear). I am unsure if these two issues are in any way related, however it is important context.

The processor and graphics I am running are not very good, it could be a bug due to slow hardware

I am currently playing ATM9 (Currently on version 0.2.24, the bugs also occured on version 0.2.18B)

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

Install Refined Storage, Mekanism, Mystical Agriculture, and reliquary (Just needs to be a fast-producing Mystical ag. setup)
Copy or mimic the setup I have uploaded, installing all awakened supremium upgrades inside the harvesters, 3 speed and 1 stack upgrade in the importers, and every level growth accelerator underneath the farm
Add an external storage to the grid, connecting the auto-harvesters
Auto-craft numerous stacks of items, with inventory full
leave the loaded area of refined storage
