Refined storage not consuming enough resources when interacting with Sophisticated Chests

Describe the bug

There seems to be an issue with Refined storage sometimes not consuming enough resources when crafting in ATM 9 version 0.2.34. From what I can tell the main cause seems to be the network connecting to a Sophisticated Storage chest that contains a Large stack upgrade and using Shift+Click to craft a full stack of an item. I noticed this after our server upgraded from 0.2.21 to 0.2.34. I have also posted this on the ATM github here:

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

  1. Install ATM 9 Modpack version 0.2.34
  2. Setup a simple RS Network (Controller, Disk Drive, Crafting Grid)
  3. Setup External Storage to a Netherite Chest with a Diamond Stack upgrade in it
  4. Place a large amount of Diamond Essence in the chest
  5. Use the Crafting Grid to make the recipe for Diamonds and shift click to produce a full stack
