Crafting upgrade in an exporter doesn't trigger crafting operations. Was in the middle of setting up some Mekanism machines when I upgraded to the beta. Noticed that the compressed stuff wasn't filling in on a new machine.
They still craft fine and if I manually trigger a crafting operation they'll be exported to the machine, it's just the exporter won't trigger the crafting operation on it's own.

Worked fine in 1.1.3, stopped working in 1.2.0 beta 2.
