Issue description: Crafting upgrade does not work

What happens: Exporters stopped crafting assigned items

What you expected to happen: After installing Crafting upgrade to craft assigned items

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place exporter and assign an item X
2. Place Crafting Upgrade
3. Place a chest next to exporter
4. Have a Crafting System for item X
5. Have enough ingredients for item X

Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge: 12.18.2.2112
• Refined Storage: 1.2-beta2
