GUI for Fluid Storage Block is no correct

Issue description:
Well the inventory slots are actually lower than what the block should be at. (moving GUI up a bit would probably help)
What happens:
Just a visual issue
What you expected to happen:
The items should be in slots like the storage block GUI
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Fluid Storage Block GUI
Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.10.2
- Forge: 12.18.2.2116
- Refined Storage: 1.2-beta5
