Issue description: I made a disk manipulator because I had built a 64k disk and wanted to reuse the 16k I had been using. I started doing the transfer and then needed to shutdown minecraft and go do some other things before coming back and finishing the transfer.

What happens: After the transfer completed I noticed that some items were missing. Look further, I noticed that alot of items were missing (e.g. no gold ingots, no copper ingots, the stack of steel I had just made was gone, etc). I manually emptied out the system into a chest, and the disk shows 5000+ish items in it, but the crafting grid is empty in the crafter.

What you expected to happen:

All the items to transfer.

I'm wondering if there is some file I can go fiddle with in my world folder to recover my stuff...

Steps to reproduce:

Not sure, but what I described is what I did. Looking at the list of items that remained, it seems like those are the items that were transferred after I started up minecraft again to finish the transfer. Not 100% sure, but it seems like that. So possibly starting a transfer, stopping minecraft, starting again may reproduce the issue.

Also, I had added 4 speed upgrades to the disk manipulator.
