Issue description:the solderer will create a processor from a ingot then puts it in the top slot on the left

What happens:the solderer will create a processor from a ingot then puts it in the top slot on the left

What you expected to happen: I except it to be pulled out by conduits it allows conduits to place things but not pull it out

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to a world place down a solderer and refine storage system so it can work
   2.put in a ingot or diamond let it process
   3.0it will then shift it to the left top slot after its done making
   ...

• Refined Storage:1.1.3
