Issue description: After creepers exploded my drive lots of times, I was able to put my disks back as normal before, but this time it glitched out some disks, and whenever I put them in, they get thrown out when I get out of the GUI

What happens: Disk goes in, comes right back out

What you expected to happen: Disk goes in, stays in

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have creepers blow up your drive with disks, then put disks back into a new drive
2. Repeat process until disks get rejected

• Minecraft: 1.10.2 (all the mods lite, with updated Refined Storage)
• Forge: 12.18.2.2151
• Refined Storage:1.2.8

Yeah, I checked and it's version 1.2.8 on my client and server. The drives were fully stocked if that helps you.

Any logs of when this happened?

It doesn't seem so, if you want to you can do some stuff on the server, and help out.

I can't reproduce this on the latest version. Are you sure you updated correctly? Check in the Forge modlist ingame if you're actually running 1.2.8.
