Issue description:

Try making a Herculean Flux Storage. Says i dont have the Basic Flux Storage, see screenshots http://i.imgur.com/x1CbXWm.png

It's like Refined Storage can't see the item are there :)

Works now dont use Ore Dict on the patterns :)
