Crash when loading

Modpack doesent startup, crashes when it says ModalLoader blocks refinedstorage:constructor

What you expected to happen: Modpack Starting up

Steps to reproduce:
1.Install a modpack that contains the mod
2.Load Minecraft
3.Doesent load
...

Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge:
• Refined Storage:

Does this issue occur on a server? Dont think So

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

Your MC crashed because it ran out of memory. This is not an RS issue, assign more RAM to Minecraft.
