Issue description: Even though integration is said to be there, Refined Storage does not see items in a Quantum Storage Unit. It exports, but does not detect in grid and allow for extraction.

What happens: Nothing visible in Grid

What you expected to happen: Items inside Quantum Storage Unit available in Grid and able to be extracted through that Grid. QSU has iron in it and unable to see any of it whatsoever. I have tried connecting External Storage to all sides of the QSU with no results.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Connect QSU via External Storage
2.Have items in QSU
3. Unable to see in Grid

• Forge: 12.8.3.2185
• Refined Storage: 1.2.12
• QuantumStorage: 3.2.12

Nevermind, ignore this. It seems like it needs to be above 64 units in the QSU to actually read into the grid, which I didn't know.
