Broken storage block keep their content but not their settings

Describe the bug
When breaking a storage block it keeps it's content but forget it's setting
How can we reproduce this bug or crash?
- place a storage block
- configure it with a filter, change it's priority, ...
- break the block
- place the block back
- see how the filter is reset
