Issue description:

I am trying to craft 1000/5000 Fuel Rods from (Extreme Reactors). Happens with any item, if you try to auto craft a lot of it.

What happens:

Nothing, get this error in my "game output" http://pastebin.com/4wGrTy7e

What you expected to happen:

I expect to be sent to the "Crafting Preview" screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set Up RSS Machine With Autocraft on any item.
2. Request enough to get this bug.
3. Look in your game output
   ...

Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Forge: 12.18.3.2185
• Refined Storage: 1.2.16

Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]
I assume so. I am on single player though.
