Does the regulator implementation not directly port back into 1.10.2? This is something I'm really missing, for multiple occasions :)
And I don't feel like enough of the mods I use upgraded to 1.11 yet :/

Maybe I'll do the effort to backport all features some day. But for now, this issue shouldn't be open.
