Water bottles can't be searched by name

Describe the bug
Playing with Milestone 4.14 with curios integration 0.3.0, jei integration 0.7.0 and quartz arsenal 0.1.2
Using a creative wireless crafting grid in my curios slot, connected to a creative controller and creative storage block within my spawn chunks that is chunk loaded by FTB chunks claimed and force loaded chunk or whatever it's called now.
Inserting a water bottle into the system and then searching for "water" or "bottle" or anything in between doesn't show my water bottles that i've inserted. If i search with "#" it shows up just fine.

(the 0 boots shown here is a known and already reported bug to do with apotheosis)
How can we reproduce this bug or crash?
- insert water bottle into system
- search water, no result
- search #water, bottle shows up

this is because
water bottle is not its own item
instead it is the minecraft:potion item only that when contains water is known as water bottle
so searching for potion will lead to the water bottle
or #water also works
