Describe the bug

lock mode that waits for machine to be empty doesn't work with powah orb it outputs as many as it can
apparently it does work properly without speed upgrades, just upgrades make it insert more at a time, and it's not only powah but all automation

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

just put powah orb and autocrafter and test then

@raoulvdberge what do you mean it just pulls more items when it's in blocking mode when it has speed upgrade
