Massive glitches with 2 network receivers

Describe the bug

Not sure, which element causes bunch of bugs after all was good.
Prehistory is:

  • I created my 2nd base and a pair network transmitter/receiver part, and all was OK.
  • I created my 3nd base and 2nd pair of network transmitter/receiver part
    And after some time many glitches started (see below).

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

It's probably impossible to reproduce it from a new game, so may be logs will help.

  1. After game loading some cables are not connected. If remove/place some block, then cables are restored.

  2. Controller (on the main base) blinks from red to blue and back, but it is full of energy (100%).

  3. After remove (with Wrench) some importers near the Controller it stopped blinking.

  4. After go to 3rd base and remove (with Wrench) some Importer some auto-crafting receipts are not shown anymore. Sometimes all of them are not shown until leave/restart the game.

Additional info about messages like
ControllerBlockEntity/]: Energy type state change for controller at BlockPos{x=3303, y=63, z=-5194}: ON -> NEARLY_ON
They point to coordinates of Controller on the main base.

Energy providers configuration:

  1. 18 Heat Generators from Mekanizm linked with cable from Integrated Dynamics (18 energy interfaces on the generators and 1 energy exporter on the Controller)
  2. 2 Batteries from Integrated Dynamics (linked to the same cable)
  3. 2 Solar Panels from Solar Flux Reborn above those batteries
  4. 1 additional Solar Panel at base 2 above 2nd Controller (linked with transmitter/receiver)
  5. 1 additional Solar Panel at base 3 above 3rd Controller (linked with transmitter/receiver)
    Bug with blinking controller is unstable.
