Steps to reproduce:
Run a dedicated server.
Place a Laser Assembly Table
Place a Light Beam Dilation Device above it.
Place a Light Beam Diverging Cell above that.
Break that, place any non lens block in its place.
Server implodes into a crash-loop/
Cause is refraction/api/PosUtils.java:37
Calling a Client-side only method on a server.
