How to get Salt - JEI = Baking

How to get Salt???
So I want to make a cheese, I checked the JEI that it can be made by salt. Then I looked for how to get the salt, and JEI showing me that to get the salt is by baking a water bucket. Then I search on JEI "Bak" to find a baker or something the block that can bake the water to get salt. But I can't find it.
