Duplication issue with the MrCrayfish workbench (refurbished_furniture:workbench)

This is on a server running ATM10, version 4.12 (latest version as of now).

To Reproduce

Verified how to duplicate the bug:

Item in the lower right hand slot of the inventory, (above hotbar) will duplicate up to stack maximum if shift left clicked and there is an open space in the inventory for them to move to. Additionally, items that are shift clicked in the inventory often move to this lower right location, as if it were a unique slot or hotbar of its own.

Workbench does not need to be powered, same effect either way.
Tested with items that only stack to 16 as well as 64. No impact on unstackable items.
Sorting the inventory, via a button to do so, does not duplicate items, even if they started in the problematic slot.

Expected behavior

Item moves and doesn't duplicate.
