[SUGGESTION] A more realistic way (kinda) to fill the Fob Watch

Hey I had an idea to make the fob watch more realistic to make
First what about adding a 'TimeLord' entity
you have to kill him (trigger his regeneration) and when he is regenerating you right click him with an empty fob watch (no need to change the crafting recipe but it will be better if you do change it)
and so you fill your fob watch with regenerations (random number from 1-11)

I do like the idea of obtaining regenerations a better way. However, I would not add an entity/timelord. I would simply have the rift from 11's run open randomly in certain locations/moon cycles or something that would spill out to give you a regeneration cycle. Maybe have indicators of it opening somewhere. Maybe the machine? you know. The one that goes "ding" when there's "stuff"
I think I like the idea of the crack best. It seems like the most "immersive" yet "lightweight" solution to me.

Perhaps when coupled with ThreeCore, the higher your good karma, the higher the chance of you getting regens, and if you have bad karma, you have a very low chance of the rift opening
