either make animation faster or sound slower

Noticed this too but haven't had time to fix it yet (it was already on my todo-list).

Solution could be to use a shortened version of the regen_2.ogg (the long one) since the animation is quite short already

First part of this video could also be a good replacement (don't know about the timing though)
