[SUGGESTION] Give Regenerations to non-players and NPCs

Describe the feature you'd like to see implemented:
Well, I was doing random stuff in the Dalek mod, building an entire base in the tardis dimension etc and I decided to bring my Minecraft comes Alive Villager Wife into the living area of it to be with me... and I sort of remembered River/Melody and how she apparently has regenerations cause of being conceived on the TARDIS.
Which made me think, what if through some sort of process you could allow a player to give regenerations to mobs or npcs of particular value to the player so that they can be shielded from a number of "accidents" via regeneration. Not necessarily changing skin as that would be too indepth, but just as basically an emergency healing thing like a regeneration that can trigger to keep the npc or mob in question alive, usually reserved for pets/companions/helpers of particularly high value and mortality.
Possibly something related to using charged lindos to infuse the mob with your own stored energy afterwards, or just taking some out of the fob watch into an item form to pass on. Hell, even something super silly like using lindos in brewing to make a potion that when splashed onto mobs they gain +1 regeneration (not working on players) and some strong healing for a little while (working on players).
Just a silly/cool idea.
I have no idea who either of those people is @DragonSlayer696
@Darkmega18 Maybe
I'd love to see this feature implemented, it could make Minecraft Comes Alive playthroughs a lot more fun RP'ing as timelords
it may not be super canon to just nonchalantly transfer regens and stuff, unless you count like, using regen energy just to heal others. although, now that I mention that, if the person with the timeless child could unlock the power with genetics, that could be a way to go with it.
Oooh... Genetics reborn compat? :3 could be an option perhaps.
